Simpler in Key

Automatically adjusts the pitch of the sample loaded into Simpler

Simpler in Key automatically adjusts the pitch of the sample loaded into Simpler. This ensures that every new sample loaded will always be in the correct pitch.

Since most modern sample libraries include the sample’s note in the filename, Simpler in Key analyzes the filename and adjusts transposition in Simpler so that the sample is in the note set by Simpler in Key.

This can be especially useful when loading samples randomly or using Live’s Similar Sample feature, as it eliminates the need to manually adjust the transposition in Simpler after loading new samples.

To use it, place Simpler in Key before an instance of Simpler and set the desired note.
